Gairun supplies custom metal awards and promotional products to business buyers, including event organizers, institutions, brands and distributors. These terms apply to website use only. They do not replace an accepted quotation, purchase order, invoice, approved specification or other agreement for a product order. These terms apply when you browse the website, view or download its content, use an online form or submit information through the site. By accessing or using the website, you agree to follow these terms.

How to Use Product Information on This Site
Product descriptions, photographs, finish examples and general technical information are provided for initial evaluation. Custom products can vary by artwork, structure, material, finish, color, attachment and other project requirements. A website image or example is therefore not a final specification for your order.
Final requirements should be recorded in the accepted quotation, approved artwork proof, sample approval and other written order documents. You can browse general formats on the custom metal products page, but product selection alone does not create an order or confirm production feasibility.
Quotations and Orders Are Governed Separately
Browsing the website, submitting a form or requesting information does not by itself create a manufacturing order, price commitment or delivery obligation. A transaction may be governed by documents accepted by both parties, including a quotation, purchase order, invoice, approved artwork, approved specification or other written terms.
If accepted order documents conflict with general information on the website, the applicable order-specific documents govern that transaction. Buyers with a defined project may use the Request a Quote page to submit requirements for review.
Links and Services Provided by Other Parties
