ONE PRODUCTION PARTNER

Built Around the Buying Program

Since 2010, we have supported event organizers, institutions, corporate purchasing teams, promotional product companies and distributors with OEM and ODM production. Our work covers artwork development, engineering review, tooling, sampling, bulk production, inspection, packaging and international shipping.

You can begin with vector artwork, a PDF or a hand-drawn concept. Our 2D and 3D engineering team can prepare a free artwork proof within 24 hours for review. For a project-specific quotation, send us the product type, quantity, dimensions and available design files.

PRODUCT FAMILIES

One Production Partner. Multiple Ways to Recognize, Reward and Promote.

Different purchasing programs require different structures, attachments and presentation methods. We manufacture several connected product families, allowing buyers to source recognition items and promotional products through one production partner.

APPLICATION DECISION GUIDE

Start with What the Product Must Achieve.

A product should support the way it will be awarded, displayed, carried or distributed. The following overview can narrow the initial choice without fixing the final material or process too early.

ARTWORK → ENGINEERING PROOF

Turn an Initial Design into Production Artwork

Custom metal production begins with an artwork and engineering review. We can work from vector art, a usable PDF or a basic hand-drawn concept. Our design team uses the source material to develop a 2D or 3D proof that shows how the design can be formed in metal.

During this review, we consider the product dimensions, relief, recessed and raised areas, enamel sections, metal borders, front and back details, attachments and intended production method. These checks identify features that may need adjustment before mold development.

The artwork proof also gives the buyer a clear approval point. Tooling begins only after the production artwork has been reviewed and accepted. This control is important because a screen design does not always translate directly into a stamped, cast or high-relief metal object.

MATERIALS & FINISHES

Select Materials, Forming Methods and Surface Effects

We process zinc alloy, brass, iron, stainless steel and aluminum. The suitable material depends on the product structure, shape, relief, surface design and intended presentation. Material selection should be assessed together with the forming process rather than as a separate decision.

Our forming capabilities include die-casting, stamping, photo etching and hydraulic high-relief forming. Die-casting can support formed shapes and dimensional structures. Stamping creates designs through pressure applied with a prepared die. Photo etching is another option for suitable metal designs, while hydraulic pressing supports pronounced relief work.

Available metal effects include gold, silver, nickel, black nickel, antique bronze, antique silver and dual plating. Sandblasting and matte finishing can change how selected surfaces reflect light. Color and graphic options include soft enamel, imitation hard enamel, screen printing, UV printing and clear epoxy coating.

The artwork usually guides the production route. Sculpted depth may call for a different method than flat color blocks, fine printed graphics or a smooth enamel surface. Our engineering team reviews these relationships before tooling. Buyers comparing the available methods can visit our manufacturing capabilities and buyer resources.

ORDER PLANNING

Plan Samples, Order Quantity and Production Timing

01

Our standard minimum order quantity is 100 pieces per design, and we support 50-piece trial orders. Because tooling and setup are tied to one design, different designs are assessed separately even when they belong to the same product family.

02

Existing stock samples and custom samples serve different purposes. Stock samples are free and allow buyers to inspect general workmanship, finishes and product construction. They do not reproduce the buyer’s artwork. A custom sample is made for a specific project and normally takes 7–10 working days.

03

Standard bulk production normally takes 15–20 working days. Expedited production can be supported, but timing depends on the design, process, quantity, approval progress and current production schedule. Shipping time is separate from production time and depends on the destination and transport method.

04

These terms provide a starting point for sourcing review. The final schedule must be based on the confirmed construction, sample requirements, packaging and delivery plan.

FACTORY EVIDENCE

Review the Factory and Inspection Controls Behind the Product

Supplier evaluation requires more than a product image. Gairun was founded in 2010 and operates an approximately 3,000-square-meter factory in Shenzhen. The facility includes dedicated areas for mold development and CNC engraving, stamping and hydraulic pressing, zinc alloy die-casting, polishing, coloring, epoxy work, inspection, assembly, packaging, sample display and storage.

Keeping these connected stages within an organized production facility reduces the handoff risk between artwork, tooling, forming, finishing and final assembly. Our factory development has included automatic plating control and automatic color dispensing equipment, alongside manual processes used where the design requires them.

Quality checks take place at defined stages:

  1. Incoming inspection: Raw zinc alloy, brass and iron materials are checked before production.
  2. First-article inspection: The initial molded or pressed piece is compared with the drawing for dimensions, thickness and relief detail.
  3. In-process inspection: Teams check for burrs after forming, surface flatness after polishing, plating color and adhesion, and missing or overflowing color.
  4. Final inspection: Finished products receive a 100% visual check for surface scratches and the security of parts such as medal ribbons, butterfly clutches and magnetic attachments.

Gairun also has more than 10 years of independent export experience. This production and supply background helps purchasing teams maintain a defined route from design approval to packed goods.

PROJECT FOLLOW-THROUGH

Keep Packaging, Shipping and Project Updates Connected

Each custom order receives one-to-one project follow-up. After requirements are confirmed, the project moves through artwork approval, sample production when required, bulk production, inspection and shipment tracking. Photo or video updates can be provided during bulk production so buyers can follow order progress before dispatch.

Standard anti-scratch packing is available, along with individual OPP bags, protective bubble bags, velvet boxes, paper display boxes and plastic display boxes. Packaging is selected according to the product, presentation needs and shipping plan.

International transport can be arranged by express courier, air, sea or rail. Supported trade terms include EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP and DAP. The practical option depends on the destination, shipment size, delivery needs and import arrangements, so the route and term are confirmed for each order.

FASTER, MORE ACCURATE REVIEW

Prepare the Details Needed for an Accurate RFQ

01

A useful request allows our team to review both production and delivery needs. Include the product family, quantity, dimensions and artwork or drawing available. Add any preferred material, forming method, plating, finish, enamel or printed colors, attachment and packaging requirements.

02

The destination and required schedule are also important. They allow production timing and transport options to be considered as separate parts of the project. If you have not selected a material or process, describe the intended use and visual result. Our engineering team can then recommend a production route for review.

03

Submitting these details reduces follow-up questions and gives the quotation a clear technical basis. Buyers still comparing options can review the product, application and resource pages before sending the RFQ.
