Gairun is an OEM and ODM manufacturer of custom metal awards and promotional products. We supply medals, challenge coins, pins, badges, trophies, plaques, keychains and bottle openers for event organizers, procurement teams, brands and distributors.
You can request custom metal product samples from our available stock to inspect physical examples before starting a design-specific prototype. The existing sample products are free. Selection depends on stock availability, and courier, freight or other delivery costs are confirmed separately.
What the Free Stock Sample Offer Covers
A stock sample pack contains available products that Gairun has already produced. These examples provide a practical way to review our general workmanship and compare selected product types.
The offer does not include a new sample made from your artwork. We do not guarantee a fixed number of items, particular designs or specific product features. Available samples are selected after we review your interests and current stock.

What You Can Learn from a Physical Stock Sample
A stock sample may help you examine construction, relief, plating, enamel, printed decoration, surface presentation or assembly when those features appear on the selected item. You can also assess how the product feels and looks under normal handling.
A stock example does not show how your own artwork, dimensions, colors, finish or components will appear. Those design-specific points require engineering review and, when needed, a custom prototype.

This request does not need full production specifications. Do not use it to submit artwork, detailed dimensions, finish schedules or complete quotation requirements. Buyers with a defined custom project can use the separate Request a Quote route.
Provide Complete Recipient and Address Details
We need accurate contact and destination information before a sample shipment can be arranged. Include the recipient name, company, business email, phone number, destination country or region, complete delivery address and postal code where applicable.
Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance, dispatch timing or delivery timing. We first review the information and available stock.
How Sample Delivery Costs Are Confirmed
The existing stock sample product is free, but free samples do not mean free worldwide shipping. Courier, freight or other delivery costs are confirmed separately after the destination and delivery arrangement are reviewed. The available facts do not assign these costs to either party before confirmation.
Gairun supports international express, air, sea and rail transport across its wider shipping service. The suitable method for an individual sample request depends on the destination and shipment review.
What Happens After You Submit the Request
We review your product interests, business context, stock availability and delivery information before confirming the sample arrangement. Once you have inspected the physical examples, you can submit defined custom requirements through the quotation route.
