First, set a fixed information order. The tournament name and main mark can remain in the same position across the set. The placement, division or special honor can then occupy a defined changeable area.

Control Tournament Branding Across All Award Versions
A coordinated tournament set may include the league mark, competition name, sport symbol, season or year, host details and division labels. Decide which elements are fixed and which elements change before artwork development begins.
Create one version list that ties each design to its award level, division and quantity. The list can also identify the corresponding proof file. If a sponsor name, host location or season changes on only part of the order, record that difference as a separate version.
Team and individual awards can share the same tournament branding. A common logo position, border style, metal finish or color system can connect the family. The recipient category and placement should still have enough visual priority to prevent confusion.
Version control is especially important when medals, trophies and plaques use different proportions. A logo that fits a round medal may need a different arrangement on a tall trophy or rectangular plaque. The brand relationship can remain consistent without forcing the same layout onto every format.
Turn the Award Plan Into Production-Ready Artwork

For an award family, we review the intended dimensions, front and back content, award wording, quantity by version, preferred finish and assembly requirements. Artwork proofing shows how logos, color areas, relief and connected parts are expected to appear before tooling or production.
A useful review separates fixed content from variable content. It also identifies which items need two-dimensional metal lines, sculpted depth, printed graphics or enamel-filled areas. Spinning and combination medals require additional review of the separate components and their connections.
Provide one source for final wording. Text copied across emails, spreadsheets and artwork files can create conflicting versions. The approved proof and linked version list should identify the intended content for each award.
Coordinate Metal, Forming, Color and Finish
Gairun processes zinc alloy, brass, iron, stainless steel and aluminum. Available forming methods include die-casting, stamping, photo etching and hydraulic high-relief forming. The suitable route depends on the product format, geometry, relief direction and decoration plan.
Finish options include gold, silver, nickel, black nickel, antique bronze, antique silver and dual plating. Sandblasting and matte finishes can also change how selected surfaces appear. Decoration can use soft enamel, imitation hard enamel, screen printing, UV printing or a clear epoxy coating.
These choices should support the award hierarchy rather than add unrelated effects. Relief can give priority to a tournament symbol or champion title. Enamel can separate division colors. Printing can reproduce graphic details that require a different treatment from formed metal lines. Dual plating can divide major design areas through two metal tones.

Approve Proofs, Samples and Inspection Points
A multi-version tournament order needs clear approval evidence. The artwork proof confirms the design direction and version content. A custom sample can provide a physical reference when the project requires review before bulk production. Custom sampling normally takes 7–10 working days.
Our quality process includes incoming inspection of metal materials and a first-article inspection after mold engraving and trial forming. The first article is compared with the 1:1 drawing for dimensions, thickness and relief detail.
Checks continue during production. Formed parts are reviewed for burrs, polished surfaces for flatness, plated surfaces for color difference and adhesion, and colored areas for overflow or missing color. Before shipment, finished products receive a 100% visual inspection for surface scratches and the security of applicable attachments.
Sample timing is separate from the schedule for the full tournament order. Bulk production timing depends on the approved design, quantities, processes and project requirements.
Plan Repeat Awards Without Losing Season-to-Season Control
Recurring leagues and tournament series often need a stable visual identity with changing dates, divisions, placements or sponsor details. Keep an approved master design as the reference for the award family, then record each change in a controlled variant list.
For every season or tournament round, confirm the version codes, wording, quantities, dimensions, finishes and product formats. Mark content that remains unchanged and content that requires a new proof. This prevents an earlier date or division label from moving into a current order.
Do not assume that tooling, prices or production timing remain unchanged. A revised dimension, structure, finish or relief treatment can affect the production route. Each repeat order should be reviewed against its current specification and schedule.

A complete brief allows us to review the award family as one program. Include the sport, event or league name, award matrix, quantity by design, dimensions, selected product formats, artwork and all text variants. Add any material, process, finish, color, assembly or packaging preferences, plus the destination and required schedule.
The standard MOQ is 100 pieces per design. A 50-piece trial order may be supported for selected products, subject to the design, production process and project review.
