You do not need to arrive with a completed production drawing. Our team can begin with buyer-supplied vector artwork, a PDF or a hand-drawn concept. The supplied material must be clear enough for the team to understand the intended product and identify missing information.
For an effective first review, provide the product family, required dimensions, order quantity, visible wording, color direction and preferred finish. Include attachment, packaging or schedule requirements when they affect the project. A hand-drawn idea may show the main concept, but the team will still need basic specifications before it can prepare a useful production-oriented presentation.

How Artwork Moves into Engineering Review
Visual design and production review are related, but they serve different purposes. Our designers first turn the supplied concept and project information into a clear 2D or 3D presentation. Engineering then considers whether the proposed structure can proceed toward mold development and production.
When usable project information has been supplied, Gairun can provide a free, production-oriented 2D or 3D artwork proof within 24 hours. This timing applies to artwork proof support. It is not a promise for sample production, bulk production or delivery.
The artwork proof gives the buyer a defined design to review. It also gives the engineering team a common reference for technical questions. Projects with unusual shapes, relief, combined parts or functional features may require further discussion before tooling or sampling.
Artwork Comments, Revisions and Buyer Approval
A single project contact keeps buyer feedback connected to the current design direction. When you send comments, the project manager gathers the requested changes and routes them to the design or engineering function involved. The revised presentation is then returned for review.
Comments are most useful when they identify the exact design area, state the requested change and show the correct replacement text or visual direction. For projects with several versions, each version should have a clear name or reference so that comments do not move between designs by mistake.
Once the buyer confirms the artwork direction, that confirmed version becomes the reference for the next stage. Artwork approval does not remove the need for later sample or production checks. A physical sample may still be needed to assess how the design appears as a finished metal product.
One Project Manager from Requirements to Shipment
Gairun provides one-to-one project follow-up across the main order stages. The project manager acts as the buyer’s coordination point rather than requiring the buyer to contact design, production and logistics functions separately.

Photo and video updates are communication records, not a substitute for inspection, sample approval or other required quality documents. They show selected production progress but do not represent continuous monitoring of every unit.
