Enter Quantity, Size and Design Versions
State the quantity for each design, not only the combined project total. Also provide the intended width, height, thickness or diameter and identify each award level, color version or design variation.
Our standard MOQ is 100 pieces per design. A 50-piece trial order may be supported for selected products, subject to design and process review.

Describe the Material and Forming Method
You may name a preferred material or process, but you do not need to make the technical choice before submitting an RFQ. We can review the artwork and intended product structure first.
Available metals include zinc alloy, brass, iron, stainless steel and aluminum. Verified forming methods include die-casting, stamping or die-struck forming, photo etching and hydraulic high relief. Describe the shape, relief and intended appearance if you are unsure which route fits the design.
Define the Finish, Color and Surface Effect
Include color references and describe how the finished product should look. Plating choices include gold, silver, nickel, black nickel, antique bronze, antique silver and dual plating. Sandblasting and matte finishes can also be included in the review.
For colored or printed details, specify soft enamel, imitation hard enamel, screen printing, UV printing or clear epoxy when known. If you only have a visual reference, attach it and describe the result you want. Final process selection follows artwork and engineering review.
List Components and Packaging Requirements
Identify every component that must be included in the quotation. Depending on the product, this may cover medal ribbons, pin backs, magnets, keyrings, moving parts or joined components. Note the position, color and size of each item when these details affect the design.
Packaging choices include standard anti-scratch packing, individual OPP bags, bubble protection, velvet boxes, paper display boxes and plastic display boxes. State the required quantity for each packing type, especially when one order uses both bulk and presentation packaging.
Provide the Destination and Required Arrival Date
Enter the destination country or postal location and your required arrival date. Also identify any fixed event, launch or presentation date. These details allow us to review production and transport feasibility before confirming a schedule.
You may request international express, air, sea or rail transport and ask for EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP or DAP terms. The suitable route and delivery plan will be reviewed for the specific order. Custom sampling normally takes 7-10 working days, while standard bulk production normally takes 15-20 working days. Expedited production is subject to project review.
Attach Artwork and Product References
Attach available vector artwork, PDFs, drawings, reference images or sketches. Mark the front, back and component views, and include logos, text, dimensions and color direction. These files help us assess design treatment, process needs and tooling scope.
You can still request a quote without final artwork. Describe the concept clearly and provide the information already decided. Our team supports free artwork proofs within 24 hours, but this timing does not mean final engineering approval or production completion. Add Business and Quotation Details
Provide your name, business email, company, market role and preferred contact method. Use the quotation notes for commercial or technical details that do not fit elsewhere, such as separate delivery destinations or packaging splits.
Confirm that you have reviewed the privacy policy before sending personal information and project files.
What Happens After You Send the RFQ
We will review the product scope, quantity, dimensions, versions, material or process preferences, finish, components, packaging, destination, schedule and attached files. Gairun supports an RFQ response within 24 hours. The first reply may request missing details before price, engineering decisions or production timing can be confirmed.
