Build a Clear Brand and Message Hierarchy
Every item in an award family should be recognizable as part of the same corporate program. Consistency usually begins with the company logo, program name, brand colors and a common visual element. The information hierarchy then changes according to the available surface and the role of each award.
Identify which information stays fixed across the full program and which information changes. Fixed content may include the company mark and program identity. Variable content may include a milestone date, service year, recipient category, department or award level.
Coins can divide information between the front and reverse. Plaques may use a main metal area for the logo and message. Trophies may place information on a body, base or plate, depending on the selected structure. The exact layout and any method used for variable information require engineering review for the chosen product.
Create Award Levels Without Losing Visual Consistency
Different service years, performance levels, departments or partner groups need to be easy to distinguish. They should still look like members of one award family. A version matrix gives design, HR and procurement teams one record of every planned variation before artwork approval.
Controlled differences may include wording, shape, relief, enamel color, plating or presentation packaging. For example, one shared emblem can remain constant while the milestone number and enamel color change. Another program may keep the same shape and wording structure but use different metal finishes for separate recognition levels.
List each version with its recipient group, quantity and required text. This reduces the risk of similar versions being confused during artwork review. It also lets our engineers assess how the requested changes affect each product format and process.
Choose Materials and Finishes for the Brand Direction
Material and process choices should support the intended appearance, product shape and artwork. Gairun works with zinc alloy, brass, iron, stainless steel and aluminum. Available forming methods include die-casting, stamping or die-struck production, photo etching and hydraulic high relief.
Decoration choices include gold, silver, nickel, black nickel, antique bronze, antique silver and dual plating. Color and surface options include soft enamel, imitation hard enamel, screen printing, UV printing, clear epoxy, sandblasting and matte finishes.
These options are not interchangeable for every design. Relief, fine lines, color areas, product dimensions and mixed components can affect the suitable route. At the program stage, select a visual direction rather than assigning a process to every detail. Our engineering team can then review the artwork and product formats before mold work.
Select Packaging for Presentation, Storage and Delivery
Packaging affects both protection and the moment when a recipient receives the award. A coin handed out at an internal gathering may need a different presentation from a trophy sent to a remote employee or a plaque presented to a business partner.
Available options include standard anti-scratch packing, individual OPP bags, bubble bags, velvet boxes, paper display boxes and plastic display boxes. Standard protective packing may suit grouped internal handling. Bubble protection adds separation for products that need more protection from contact during movement. Velvet, paper or plastic display boxes can support a more formal presentation.

Turn the Program Map into an Artwork Proof
Our 2D and 3D engineering team can start with vector artwork, a PDF or a hand-drawn concept. We can provide a free artwork proof within 24 hours for buyer review before mold production. The proof gives your stakeholders a defined visual reference for checking content, versions and brand treatment.
Send the logo files, required wording, dates, chosen product formats, dimensions, finish direction, color references, packaging needs and version list. Mark which details are fixed and which vary by recipient group or award level.
Review every spelling, date, logo position and version label before approval. Buyer approval establishes the design direction for mold work; unresolved manufacturing details remain subject to engineering review for the selected structure and process.
Plan Quantities, Stock Samples and Custom Samples
The standard MOQ is 100 pieces per design. A 50-piece trial order may be considered for selected products, subject to the design, process requirements and project review. In a multi-product program, calculate quantities separately for every design and format rather than treating the full set as one design.
Existing stock samples are free and can help procurement teams review general materials, finishes and workmanship. They do not reproduce your corporate artwork. Delivery cost for stock samples is confirmed separately.
A custom sample is made for the project design and normally takes 7–10 working days. It can support a design-specific review before bulk production. When requesting a quotation, state which items require custom samples and identify the people responsible for approval.
